Our Promise to You
We stand behind every product we sell at Paws & Peace. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right — quickly and without hassle.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@pawsandpeaceshop.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Change of Mind Returns
Because many of our products (especially calming chews and consumables) cannot be restocked once opened, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on opened items.
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Please email us first at hello@pawsandpeaceshop.com to initiate a return.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

We're confident you and your pup will love our products. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us. We'll work with you to find a solution — whether that's a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund.
