At Paws & Peace, we want your order experience to be simple, clear, and reliable. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on every order — no minimum required.
At checkout, there are no standard U.S. shipping fees added to your order.
Where We Ship
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We hope to expand shipping options in the future, but we currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, address issues, order volume, fulfillment processing, or holiday periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can use your tracking number to monitor your package. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
Paws & Peace is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
We will review the situation and help with the next steps when appropriate.
