Free Shipping — Always
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no shipping fees, ever. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days after your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, etc.), please allow up to 16 business days. We appreciate your patience — good things come to those who wait!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery every step of the way. If you don't see a tracking update within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 18 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@pawsandpeaceshop.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future!
