A plain-language summary of the rules for shopping with us. This is a convenience only — the full Terms of Service is the complete and governing version.
The short version
- Who can order. You need to be the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
- Product information. We work hard to keep descriptions, pricing, and images accurate, but we cannot guarantee everything is error-free at all times. Colors, sizes, and packaging may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
- Our products are non-medicated. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or behavioral condition. Consult your veterinarian if your pet has a medical condition, takes medication, is pregnant or nursing, or has shown sudden behavior changes. Always supervise your pet with new products. See Product Safety & Use.
- Orders we may decline. We can refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, or payment issues. If we cancel, you are not charged.
- Pricing errors. If something is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may correct it or cancel the order even after it is placed.
- Shipping and returns. Governed by our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies, both incorporated into the Terms.
- Accurate information. You are responsible for providing correct billing and shipping details. Incorrect information may delay, return, or cancel your order.
- Our content. Text, images, branding, and design on this site belong to Paws & Peace. Please do not copy or resell it.
- Your reviews and photos. If you submit them, we may use them for support, product improvement, site display, or marketing where permitted.
- Governing law. Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
